1. Triad Trading will respond to your order request within 24 business hours by providing you with an e-mail confirming the receipt and status of your order.
2. You are able to conveniently check the status of your order 24/7 by logging onto triadtrading.ca online store and access your order information through "My Account" page, where you will be notified whether it is pending, processed, or delivered.

Shipping Your Order
At Triad Trading, we want to provide you with an enjoyable shopping experience. Please consider the following points:

• Credit card approval must be received prior to shipping order.
• Business days are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm Central Standard Time, not including holidays.
• Triad Trading will respond to your order request within 24 business hours by providing you with an e-mail, confirming receipt and status of your order. We will fulfill the order within 2-3 business days. Once we confirm the availability of your order, receive payment, we ship your order immediately.
• Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery in Canada, 5-12 business days for delivery in USA, and 6-14 business days for international orders.
• Please provide us with your street address as couriers do not accept PO boxes.
• Shipping costs are based on a single item; its weight, destination, and insurance are included to a limited value.
• Please insure that you or another person is available to receive the package at the destination. If delivery cannot be made the courier will provide you with instructions on how to receive your order.

Returning Your Order
At Triad Trading we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. Our policy is a full refund within 30 days if the product is accompanied by a receipt and is in original condition (unused). We sincerely hope you find what you need at our website and are satisfied with our product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are more than happy to accommodate returns by mail, handled in the following way:

1. Please place the product in the original shipping package. If you have discarded the original shipping package, you may return your order in a clearly labeled package that protects the product.
2. Please include the original receipt. If you have discarded the original receipt, please contact us via email or telephone for further guidelines.
3. On the back of the invoice or separate document, please indicate your reason for return (wrong size, wrong color, damaged, etc.). Please remember to include your address.

5. Triad Trading will be pleased to refund any shipping costs for your original order if the product was defective, damaged, or is an error that we have made. Please contact us for further guidelines.
6. The refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and will be issued to the same credit card you used to purchase your order.

Canceling Your Order
At Triad Trading we are committed to fulfilling orders in a very timely manner which means there is very little time for you to cancel. We are committed to responding to an order request within 24 hours. You can review the status of your order by returning to our website and clicking on "My Account" page. Should the order status not be updated since the placement of your order, please contact us immediately either by email and we will do our best to cancel the order. Please remember, you can always return or exchange your order.
